Wire Opera House

The Wire Opera House is a theater made with steel structures.

It was built in just 75 days and opened on March 18, 1992.

Projected by architect Dominic Bongestabs.

Beside the Opera is the Pedreira Paulo Leminski, the local is prepared to host big concerts.

Oscar Niemeyer Museum

The Oscar Niemeyer Museum (MON)  is an amazing space dedicated to Visual Arts, Architecture, Urbanism and Design. It has about 35 thousand square meters of building area and more than 17 thousand square meters of exhibition area, the largest in Latin America.

The "Eye", as it is called, was designed by architect Oscar Niemeyer, one of the greatest architects of Brazil.

The museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday:

Cathedral Basilica Nossa Senhora da Luz dos Pinhais

Located at ground zero of Curitiba, the Cathedral Basilica Nossa Senhora da Luz dos Pinhais is one of the most important property in the city.

Designed by french architect Alphone de Plas, the cathedral was built in Neo-Gothic style and inspired by the Cathedral of Barcelona. 

It was inaugurated in 1893.

The masses are celebrated daily:
Sunday 8:30 am, 10:00 am, 6:00 pm
Monday to Saturday 12:00 am, 6:00 pm

Botanical Garden

The Botanical Garden is one of the places most visited in Curitiba.
